Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by HYPOTHETICA LLP (Doing Business As "Hypothetica"), registered at A-31, Arjunpuri-1, Link Road, Imli Phatak, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302015, India.

1. Pay-Per-Run Model

Hypothetica operates strictly on a pay-as-you-go per analysis basis. We do not maintain recurring auto-debit subscriptions, eliminating the need for periodic subscription cancellations.

2. In-Progress Computation

Once an analysis computation is initiated, server compute capacity is immediately engaged. To cancel an uninitiated order or custom report, contact support at query@hy.poteica.com before processing starts.

3. Account Closure & Data Deletion

You can revoke API keys from your developer dashboard at any time. To permanently delete your registered account and profile data, write to admin@hy.poteica.com. Requests are fulfilled within 7 business days.
