Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the software, analytics tools, and services provided by HYPOTHETICA LLP (Doing Business As "Hypothetica"), having its registered office at A-31, Arjunpuri-1, Link Road, Imli Phatak, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302015, India (LLPIN: ACM-7375).

1. Platform Access & Permitted Use

Hypothetica grants users a non-exclusive, revocable license to access Downstream Impact (DSi) calculations and causal modeling engines. Users agree to provide accurate information and refrain from reverse-engineering or compromising platform infrastructure.

2. Payments, Pricing & Billing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a transparent per-run or custom analysis basis.
• Payments are securely processed via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (UPI, Net Banking, Cards).
• Valid GST invoices are generated under HYPOTHETICA LLP (GSTIN: 08AASFH0474R1ZI).

3. Intellectual Property

Platform algorithms, code, user interfaces, and DSi formulas remain the exclusive property of HYPOTHETICA LLP. Client-provided business models and datasets remain the exclusive property of the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

DSi metrics provide predictive heuristic analysis to assist decision-makers and do not constitute financial or legal guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, HYPOTHETICA LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from organizational decisions based on analytical outputs.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
