Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all computational services and analysis runs provided by HYPOTHETICA LLP (Doing Business As "Hypothetica"), registered at A-31, Arjunpuri-1, Link Road, Imli Phatak, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302015, India.

1. Digital Service Delivery

Hypothetica delivers cloud-based computing and downstream impact modeling in real time. Because compute resources are allocated immediately upon payment confirmation, completed analysis runs where reports have been generated are non-refundable.

2. Failed Runs & Duplicate Debits

• Computation or System Failure: If a paid analysis fails to complete due to platform system errors, credits are automatically restored to your account or refunded in full.
• Multiple/Accidental Debit: Any duplicate payment caused by network timeouts is automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Refund Request Process

For any billing inquiries or refund requests, please email query@hy.poteica.com with your Transaction Reference ID. Our support team reviews all requests within 24 hours.
